Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan spoke to the Rainbow Push Coalition. Reverend Jesse Jackson and Chairman and CEO of Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette John Chalsty introduced Chairman Greenspan. Mr. Greenspan talked about capitalism, saying that “too many barriers still prevent the free flow of capital and people to their most productive employment.” He also talked about the problems of prejudice in hiring and the need for more diversity. Mr. Jackson spoke again after Chairman Greenspan and closed with a prayer. close
