Lower the Vote, Raise America was one of the second-prize high school east division winners in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. The video was produced by Joanne Ha and Sarina Matson, tenth graders at Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland.
