Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry held a state luncheon for Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the State Department. During opening remarks, the vice president noted the prime minister’s strong arguments for the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact earlier in the day and joked that the administration needed the prime minister to lobby Congress on their behalf.
