Witnesses testified at a hearing to assess the nation’s dams given recent flooding events in parts of California, Montana, and Wyoming. Lieutenant General Todd Semonite testified on the resources the Army Corps of Engineers was providing to these states and other states that needed aid with regard to flood control management. Other state officials from California, Wyoming, Iowa, and Wisconsin also testified. close
