President Clinton met with small business owners at the Topeka Foundry and Ironworks Company in Topeka, Kansas. In his remarks, the President reviewed and took questions on the key principles of his health care reform plan and how the plan will affect small business owners. The principles include: providing all individuals with guaranteed private insurance and choice of health plans; outlawing unfair insurance practices; and ensuring coverage for Medicare, long-term care, and prescription drugs. close
