Steven Preston talked about about housing issues, especially the housing bill (HR 3221) that the House of Representatives is expected to vote on Wednesday. The bill is expected to aid homeowners caught up in the subprime housing problem, strengthen regulation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, overhaul the Federal Housing Administration, establish a housing trust fund, and offer tax breaks to stimulate home-buying.
