In the second of several discussions at a day-long event titled, "Can We Put Poor Men to Work?", panelists focused on employment for men in poverty. They focused on low-skilled workers, particularly those who typically defaulted on child support and ex-offenders on parole.

Panelists spoke about programs to reduce recidivism and prevent prison re-entry, particularly by addressing drug abuse. They answered questions from the audience. close
