Lingering invasion myths were discussed as well as the larger context of U.S. and Soviet Union relations. Adriana Bosch, Cuban-born writer and director of the PBS “American Experience” documentary Fidel Castro, moderated. The panelists also responded to questions from members of the audience.
This program was a Kennedy Library Forum. At the beginning of the program Mr. Putnam demonstrated the library’s new Website, focusing on the Bay of Pigs material there.
