Mark Wolfe talked about he Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which offers states money to help with heating assistance during the colder months, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. While the program costs about $5 billion dollars a year, the Obama administration recently announced funding to the program would be reduced. Mr. Wolfe represents state directors of the LIHEAP program.
