The House debated H.R. 5230. a bill that would limit expansion of the Deferred Action on Child Arrivals (DACA) program to allow for more expeditious deportation of unaccompanied immigrant children.

At one point Representative Michele Bachmann (R-MN) referred to “handcuffing” President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), which later led to Representative David Cicilline calling for her words to be taken down later, shouting for a point of order even as the final gavel came down. close
