Kimberly Leonard talked about the most recent Affordable Care Act enrollment numbers and the Congressional Budget Office’s (CBO) health insurance cost projections. She said about 11.7 million Americans had enrolled and cost projections were lower than expected. The cost was lower in part because fewer people enrolled than were expected, meaning than spending on subsidies was less than expected. close
