Janet McCabe testified at a hearing on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposal to revise national air quality standards for ground-level ozone. A final decision by the EPA was expected by fall of 2015. Members questioned her about the economic impact of the new regulation on states and local communities as well as the technology and resources available to help meet the new standard. close
