Secretary of State John Kerry and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla held a joint news conference about U.S.-Cuba relations on the day diplomatic relations were officially restored between the countries and their embassies re-opened in Washington, D.C., and Havana. Secretary Kerry would be boing to Cuba for a ceremonial flag-raising ceremony August 14, 2015. Other topics included the United Nations vote on the nuclear agreement with Iran.
