Bank of England Governor Mark Carney delivered remarks at the Institute of International Finance Policy Summit. He said that international financial regulations created after the global financial crisis must be flexible in order to address unintended circumstances. Mr. Carney, who also chairs the Financial Stability Board of leading global central banks, said the group would conduct a review of the G-20 regulations to determine if they were achieving their intended outcomes.

The forum was part of an all-day conference of the Institute of International Finance. close
