Speakers discussed cases on gerrymandering (Lamone v. Benisek and Rucho v. Common Cause); the 40-foot cross on government land in Bladensburg, Maryland (American Legion v. American Humanist Association]), and the census citizenship question (Department of Commerce v. New York). close
