Legal professionals and scholars testified at a before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance hearing on the government’s use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). They addressed Section 702 of FISA, its potential reauthorization, and alleged abuses of the FBI by conducting unlawful surveillance on U.S. citizens.
