National labor Relations Board Chairman William Gould talked about labor policy and the role of the National Labor Relations Board. He talked about the history of the NLRB and the erosion it suffered in the 1980s and the steps he has taken to complete casework that had gone undone. Mr. Gould said the most important thing the NLRB has done in his tenure is using a provision which authorizes the board to go into court to obtain an injunction against union or labor wrongdoing to enforce the NLRB Act. close
