Democratic Leader Suggests Biden Testimony Would Be a Distraction in Impeachment Trial

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer responds to reporters' questions about whether Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, should testify in the impeachment trial of President Trump, saying, " The witnesses should have to do with and direct knowledge of the charges against the president."
