Public and private sector officials testified at a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee hearing on infrastructure response and recovery efforts in the wake of a series of deadly hurricanes in Texas, Florida, and the Caribbean. In this portion, a panel of government officials provided updates on recovery efforts in storm impacted states and Puerto Rico and made recommendations based on lessons learned for how to improve recovery efforts in response to future storms and natural disasters. close
