FBI Director Wray Testifies on National Security Threats

He added the intel community has seen active efforts by Russia through use of social media and online journals as well as other methods to bolster divide and discord among the public. Director Wray's comments came during a hearing before the House Homeland Security Committee examining global threats to the nation. He also outlined how the agency has changed its methods to combat election interference including working with social media companies like Facebook to remove bots and fake accounts trying to spread misinformation. CDC Director Dr. Redfield & Others Testify on Coronavirus Response
