Women, Family and Work Panel

A panel discussion was held on the role of women at home and in the workplace.

Barbara Ehrenreich is the author of Bait and Switch: The (Futile) Pursuit of the American Dream, published by Metropolitan Books. Andrea Buchanan is the author of It’s a Boy: Women Writers on Raising Sons; It’s a Girl: Women Writers on Raising Daughters; and Mother Shock: Loving Every (Other) Minute of It, all published by Seal Press. Miriam Peskowitz is the author of The Truth Behind the Mommy Wars: Who Decides What Makes a Good Mother?, published by Seal Press. The panelists responded to questions from members of the audience.
