House Session The House passed a bill that increases aid to Pakistan. It authorizes $1.5 billion annually in non-military aid through 2013 and $400 in military aid for fiscal year 2010 on the condition that Pakistan cooperate in dismantling nuclear supply networks and fighting terrorist groups. They also passed a bill condemning the shooting that occurred the previous day at the Holocaust Museum. close
