Cleo Paskal talked about Global Warring: How Environmental, Economic, and Political Crises Will Redraw the World Map. In her book she combines climate research and interviews with geopolitical strategists and military planners to identify problem areas that are most likely to start wars, destroy economies and create failed states. She talked about changes such as the investment by China in ice-breakers.
