Former Governor Jeb Bush (R-FL), a candidate for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, spoke at the Republican Jewish Coalition Presidential Forum at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.  He criticized the foreign polices of President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton toward Russia and ISIL* and outlined his proposals to defeat ISIL and help Syrian refugees. He also asked for a moment of silence for the victims of the shootings the previous day in San Bernardino, California.
