Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) and other Senate Democrats held a news conference calling for the disclosure of the donors contributing money to support Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch. Minority Leader Schumer was joined by Senators Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT). In addition, they urged Senate Republicans to avoid changing the rules for confirming Supreme Court nominees. At the end of the briefing, Minority Leader Schumer revealed that Senate Democrats sent a letter to President Trump about their willingness to work with Republicans and the White House on improving health care. close
